Culture & Collaboration

→ Who are we – and who do we want to become?

→ How do we create a place where people enjoy working and can realize their potential?

→ How do we shape identity when face-to-face exchange becomes less frequent?

→ How do we differentiate ourselves when everyone uses the same tools and algorithms?

→ How does collaboration remain effective when complexity, speed, and uncertainty all rise simultaneously?

OUR CONVICTION

Corporate culture is an emergent phenomenon and as such, it cannot be addressed directly. It develops over time around formal organizational structures, established routines, and mutual expectations – not from vision statements or marketing campaigns. In an era of highly dynamic markets surrounding a corporation, culture on its inside becomes a strategic asset — the force that holds it together, sets it apart, and enables long-term adaptability and success.

OUR APPROACH

We understand culture before we try to influence it: through careful observation, structured analysis, and collaborative action.

Deep Sensing

Observe

We gather observations through qualitative interviews, accompany real communication and decision routines, and run workshops – identifying where current attitudes and actual behavior lead to suboptimal outcomes.

Deep Analysis

Understand

We structure observations, condense them into patterns, and make visible which implicit rules are at work, which tensions dominate, and which structures influence performance and identity.

Deep Transformation

Act

Together with the client, we create awareness of the “as-is” and develop options for the path to the “to-be” – with interventions both at the level of individuals and the formal organization. From the outside, we offer ethical, organizational and leadership know-how as design principles.
